3种杀蚊幼剂防治白纹伊蚊幼虫的效果观察

Effects of three mosquito larvicides on the larvae of Aedes albopictus

目的观察3种杀蚊幼剂现场杀灭白纹伊蚊幼虫的效果,为防控登革热媒介伊蚊提供技术支持。方法1%双硫磷颗粒缓释剂、600ITU/mg苏云金杆菌悬浮剂、100ITU/mg球形芽孢杆菌悬浮剂按使用说明剂量施于白纹伊蚊幼虫孳生的中小型水体中。结果双硫磷颗粒缓释剂、苏云金杆菌生物悬浮剂、球形芽孢杆菌悬浮剂施药后1~3d对白纹伊蚊幼虫防治效果达100%,大于80%持效期分别为60、30、20d。结论3种杀蚊幼剂均可有效控制白纹伊蚊幼虫孳生。

Objective To evaluate the effects of 3 mosquito larvicides on Aedes larvae,and provide the technical support for the control of the Aedes. Methods 1% Parathion particle slow-release agent,600 ITU/mg Bacillus thuringiensis suspending agent and 100 ITU/mg Bacillus sphaericus suspending agent were applied in medium and small waters to control Aedes albopictus larvae according to the instructions. Results Parathion particle slow-release agent,Bacillus thuringiensis suspending agent and Bacillus sphaericus suspending agent reached 100% control effect on larvae Aedes respectively on 1 st,2 nd and 3 rd day after application,and the continuous control effect of 80% could last 60,30 and 20 d. Conclusion Three mosquito larvicides tested could be used to control Aedes larvaein the breeding ground.
