2008—2017年输入性公共卫生风险检疫警示分析

Analysis on the quarantine warnings of the imported public health risks from 2008 to 2017

摘要 目的研究2008—2017年输入性公共卫生风险检疫警示流行病学规律,更好地指导口岸防控实践。方法对152篇检疫警示按类型、年份、季节、病种、传播途径、有效期限等进行统计分析。结果质检公告、警示通报是检疫警示主体,占40.79%、50.32%;数量最多的前4位是2012年(17.78%)、2008年(12.5%)、2011年(11.84%)、2017年(11.18%),9月(13.8%)、8月(12.5%)、10月(11.8%)、6月(9.87%);最多的是三季度(33.55%),9—11月秋季最多(32.24%);以非洲地区(36.84%)、东南亚(30.92%)为主,两区域共同警示(5.26%);检疫传染病、监测传染病分别占22.37%、34.87%;排在前4位的病种分别为登革热(11.84%)、霍乱(11.18%)、疟疾与人感染高致病性禽流感(8.56%);虫媒传染病最多(29.61%);3个月有效期为主(94.08%)。结论注重检疫警示分析对输入性公共卫生风险控制起到事半功倍的效果。 Objective To research the regulations of epidemiology on the imported public health risks from 2008 to2017,and guide the prevention and controlling of the infectious diseases on the ports. Methods A total of 152 reports were statistical analyzed,and the warning styles,year,season,diseases,transmission routes and expiry date etc. were summarized and discussed. Results Announcements and warnings were the main forms,accounting for 40. 79% and50. 32%. The cautions were mostly announced in 2012( 17. 78%),2008( 12. 5%),2011( 11. 84%) and 2017( 11. 18%). September( 13. 8%),August( 12. 5%),October( 11. 8%) and July( 9. 87%) ranked the top. The risk announcements took place mostly in the third quarter( 33. 55%),also in Autumn( 32. 24%). Africa( 36. 84%) and southeast Aia( 30. 92%) were the places most risk announcements for 5. 26%. The quarantinable infectious diseases and traditional infectious diseases took big part,as much as 22. 37% and 34. 87%. Degue( 11. 84%),cholera( 11. 18%),malaria and human avian influenza( 8. 56%) arranged top diseases. Insect borne diseases accounted for^29. 61%. Three month’s validity were the most,94. 08%. Conclusion The analysis on quarantine warnings is much helpful for imported public health risk control.
