摘要 目的:通过建立医院供应商平台,达到规范供应商管理、实现全程信息化追溯、提高耗材供应质效的目的。方法:在分析传统医院耗材供应过程中遇到的问题基础上,结合医院实际,在医院HRP系统中增设供应商平台模块,并介绍了该平台的主要功能、优势以及使用时需注意的问题,探讨了建立供应商平台对于医院耗材管理的重要作用和意义。结果:利用供应商平台,供应商管理规范性提高,减轻了医院耗材管理工作量,提升了耗材供应安全及效率。结论:基于供应商平台的医院耗材管理方案实践效果良好,具有较强的科学性及可操作性,借助信息化手段,有效提高了医院耗材精细化管理整体水平。 Objective:Through the establishment of supplier platform,it can standardize supplier management,achieve the whole process of information traceability and improve the quality and efficiency of supplies.Methods:In view of the problems existing in the management of the supply of consumables in the traditional hospital,the hospital set up the supplier platform based on HRP system with the hospital actuality.The main functions and advantages of the supplier platform as well as the problems that should be paid attention to are introduced.Meanwhile the importance and significance of establishing supplier platform for consumables management are discussed.Results:By using the supplier platform,the standardization of supplier management is improved,the workload of hospital consumables management is reduced,the safety and efficiency of consumables is increased.Conclusion:The consumables management scheme based on supplier platform has good practice effect,and has strong scientific and operability,with the help of information technology,the overall level of hospital consumables management has been effectively improved.
