目的:通过电子版母子健康手册实现母子健康的自我管理。方法:通过母子健康手册电子化,解决纸质手册因渠道少发放困难、纸介质难以保存、印刷成本高投资大等问题的同时,实现母子健康教育电子化、信息化、实时提醒与效果及时反馈、实现母子健康个人记录与孕期保健手册、个人孕产健康档案的一体化,使孕产妇孕期全程的个人孕产健康档案更加完整与充实。结果及结论:电子版母子健康手册的上线解决了成本问题、管理问题,同时也实现了与孕期保健手册的一体化,实现了信息互通与共享。
