摘要 目的:通过电子版母子健康手册实现母子健康的自我管理。方法:通过母子健康手册电子化,解决纸质手册因渠道少发放困难、纸介质难以保存、印刷成本高投资大等问题的同时,实现母子健康教育电子化、信息化、实时提醒与效果及时反馈、实现母子健康个人记录与孕期保健手册、个人孕产健康档案的一体化,使孕产妇孕期全程的个人孕产健康档案更加完整与充实。结果及结论:电子版母子健康手册的上线解决了成本问题、管理问题,同时也实现了与孕期保健手册的一体化,实现了信息互通与共享。 Objective: The self-help management of mother and child health is realized through the electronic mother and child health manual. Methods: The maternal and child health handbook of electronic paper books for problem solving, payment difficulties, fewer channels of paper medium, it is difficult to save the high cost of printing large investment etc. at the same time, realization of health education of electronic and information technology, real-time alerts and effect of timely feedback, to achieve the integration of maternal and child health records and a manual, personal health records of the maternal health care during pregnancy so, the whole pregnancy maternal personal health records more complete and full of motherhood. Results and Conclusion: The online version of the mother child health manual has solved the cost and management problems and has also realized the integration with the pregnancy health care Handbook and realized the information interworking and sharing.
