品管圈在降低乳腺癌PICC置管患者接触性皮炎发生率中的效果研究

The effect of the quality control circle in the decreasement of the incidence rate of contact dermatitis of breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central catheter

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在降低乳腺癌PICC置管患者接触性皮炎发生率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,确定圈名,运用头脑风暴法确定"降低乳腺癌PICC置管患者接触性皮炎的发生率"为活动主题,运用根本原因分析法进行影响乳腺癌PICC置管患者接触性皮炎发生的真因查找,制定改进对策,组织落实。对活动开展前后的有形与无形成果进行比较。结果乳腺癌PICC置管患者接触性皮炎发生率由实施品管圈管理前的20%降至改善后的7.5%(P<0.05)。结论通过开展品管圈活动,降低了乳腺癌PICC置管患者接触性皮炎的发生率,规范了PICC中心静脉导管维护的方法,促进了护理人员运用质量管理工具解决问题的能力,提升了护士的综合素质。

Objective To investigate whether the quality control circle(QCC)could descrease the incidence rate of contact dermatitis of breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC).Methods set up a quality control group and use brainstorming to establish the theme of decrease the incidence rate of contact dermatitis of breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central catheter;use the method of root cause analysis to search for the cause of contact dermatitis and formulate improvement measures and organize the implementation.Compare the tangible and intangible results in Pre-activity with after the activity.Results After the the quality control circle,the incidence rate of contact dermatitis decreased from 20% to 7.5%.Conclusion USing the the quality control circle can decrease the incidence rate of contact dermatitis of breast cancer patients with peripherally inserted central catheter ;regulate the method of maintenance central venous catheter;promote the ability of using quality management tools to solve problems for nurse and improve the comprehensive quality of nurses.
