Excel表格+二维码技术在急救车效期管理中的运用

The Application of Excel form Two-Dimen sional Code Techology in the effective perriod Mmanagement of first Aid vehicle

目的分析Excel表格+二维码技术在急救车效期管理实践中的应用效果,推广医院急救车安全质量管理创新模式。方法利用Excel表格中函数公式及条件格式功能,设计具有自动倒计时及自动色彩提醒的Excel表格,并生成二维码,应用于急救车效期管理,并对护士进行实践测试,比较使用Excel表格+二维码技术后,在检查急救车物品、药品有效期所需要的时间及识别近效期的正确率,所得结果与使用前进行自身对照。结果护士核查急救车物品、药品的时间节省5-10 min(使用前需时7.38±1.74 min,使用后需时0.86±0.15 min,t=21.069,P<0.01);护士识别近效期物品、药品的正确率可达100%(χ~2=14.667,P<0.01)。结论运用Excel表格+二维码技术实现对急救车有效期的高效管理。

Objective To analyze the application of Excel technology in the form of two-dimensional code valid for emergency vehicle management,promotion of hospital emergency vehicle safety and quality management innovation model.Methods Using the function formula and the conditions of the Excel table format,the design with automatic countdown and automatic color remind form Excel and generate a two-dimensional code applied to the ambulance,effective management,and practice test for nurses,comparing the use of Excel technology in the form of two-dimensional code,check the ambulance items,the correct rate of recognition time and the validity of drugs required nearly valid,and the results were compared before use.Results The nurses check ambulance items the drug time save 5-10 minutes( before use 7.38± 1.74 min,after use 0.86±0.15 min,t = 21.069,P<0.01);The identification of nearly valid items,the correct rate of the drug can reach 100%( χ~2=14.667,P<0.01) Conclusion Using the Excel table two-dimensional code technology to realize the effective management of the validity period of the emergency vehicle.
