摘要
新时代公安交通管理工作面临新形势,全国公安交通管理干部培训中心应全面准确把握公安交通管理培训工作新的职责定位和历史使命,正视培训教官管理存在问题与瓶颈,本文建议从重新建构教官管理机制、创建教官团队、优化并深度应用全国交警网校教官管理训练平台三个方面,实施公安交通管理培训教官的创新管理,打造一支“尖”“新”“实”“变”的培训教官队伍,以期进一步提升培训质量,提升公安交通管理教育训练水平。
In the new era,traffic management is facing a new situation,the National Traffic Management Official Training Center should fully and accurately grasp the new role orientation and historical mission in traffic management training and face .up to the problems and bottlenecks in instructor management.This paper suggests to implement innovative instructor management by rebuilding the instructor management mechanism,establishing the instructor team and optimizing and applying the instructor management platform of.the National Traffic Police Cyberschool so as to create a "sharp","new","solid"and "flexible"instructor team to further improve the training quality and the level of traffic management education and training.
