道路交通事故司法鉴定中车速计算方法的研究与应用

In the process of traffic accident liability identification,the confirmation of the speed of the accident vehicle is an essential evidence chain in reconstructing the accident process.It is also an important evidence to tell whether the driver of the accident has illegal behavior in controlling the speed of the vehicle.At the same time,the accuracy of the vehicle speed identification conclusion directly affects the impartiality of judicial appraisal and the authority of law enforcement officers.In this paper,the main factors affecting the accuracy of road traffic accident speed identification are analyzed and various vehicle speed identification methods are discussed.Meanwhile,the effectiveness of the comprehensive analysis method of speed calculation is proved through an case analysis.
