Thinking over Methodologies of Research on Public Complaints and Proposals in Perspective of Social Linguistics

在研究信访制度的时候,人们更多的是从法律或者社会状况、民情等角度考虑,很少会从社会语言学的角度进行分析。本文以法国学者Béatrice Fraenkel的研究为例,阐述社会语言学中书写行为理论对信访研究的方法及其作用。

When anlyzing systems for public complaints and proposals, people more frequently consider them from such perspectives as law, conditions of society, conditions of the people but seldom analyze them from the angle of social linguistics. This essay cites the research of Béatrice Fraenkel, a French scholar, as an example to elaborate on the methodologies provided by the writing behavior theory in social linguistics and its role in research of public complaints and proposals.
