In recent years,as the reform and opening-up goes further and deeper,China has achieved remarkable progress in economic growth and social development and people's living-standard and happiness indicator have been improved significantly.Nevertheless,some deeper-level social conflicts and problems have been gradually exposed due to unbalanced social development. Impetuous psychology and lack of the sense of gain make it extremely easy to trigger some people's anger and such negative mood,if not mitigated in a timely and effective manner,will result in hidden risks against public security and will affect social harmony and stability.This essay,according to principles of social sciences and psychology,and based on an in-depth analysis of causes of anger today,explores and discusses strategies to deal with enraged people during mass work,and sums up,in terms of practical operation,the skills of mitigating and communicating with enraged people.
