摘要
目的研究不同椅旁快速烧结程序对牙科高透氧化锆半透性的影响,并与常规烧结组对比。方法选取A2色的UPCERA TT、ST和in Coris TZI C共三种临床常用高透氧化锆材料,按不同烧结程序分为常规烧结C组、快速烧结S1组和快速烧结S2组。对烧结后试件的密度、全光透过率(T)以及相对透明率(CR)进行测量。结果三种氧化锆S1组与C组相比密度差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),半透性略上升,变化幅度TT> ST> TZI C。三种氧化锆S2组与C组及S1组相比,密度及半透性均下降,变化幅度TT> ST> TZI C(P <0. 05)。TT氧化锆密度较另两种氧化锆低(P <0. 05),C组及S1组半透性较高,S2组半透性明显下降,显著低于另两种氧化锆(P <0. 05)。结论与常规烧结相比,椅旁快速烧结程序对牙科高透氧化锆的半透性有一定影响,且对不同种类的氧化锆的影响有差异。
Objective To evaluate the effect of different chair-side speed sintering on the translucency of translucent zirconia ceramic.Methods Three kinds of translucent zirconia (UPCERA TT,ST,inCoris TZI C)shaded A2 were fabricated into disc specimens,which then were respectively divided into groups C,S1 and S2.After sintering,the density,total transmittance and contrast ratio were measured.Results Among the three kinds of zirconia,there was no significant difference in density between group S1 and C (P>0.05),and the translucency of group S1 increased.Both density and translucency decreased in group S2,compared with groups C and S1(P<0.05).The degree of variation by zirconia was TT>ST>TZI C.The density of TT was lower than that of the others (P<0.05),and the translucency in group C and S1 was higher,but decreased significantly in group S2(P<0.05).Conclusion The different chair-side speed sintering resulted in differences in density and translucency of translucent zirconia ceramics.
