医疗产业集聚的健康产出效应分析:基于区域比较视角

Analysis on Health Production Effectiveness of Medical Industrial Agglomeration: Based on the Perspective of Regional Comparison

目的:分析医疗产业集聚对健康产出的影响及区域差异。方法:利用2002—2016年我国31个省级面板数据,建立固定效应模型与GMM模型进行实证分析。结果:医疗产业集聚能够显著改善居民健康并且具有区域差异。在中部和西部地区,医疗产业集聚能显著改善居民健康,而东部地区医疗产业集聚对居民健康的改善并不显著。结论:加大各地区医疗产业集聚度,均衡区域发展,特别是提高中西部地区医疗产业集聚度。

Objective: To analyze the impact of medical industrial agglomeration on the health and Its regional differences. Methods: Using the panel data of 31 provinces of China from 2002 to 2016, establishing fixed effect model and GMM model to perform empirical research. Results: Medical industrial agglomeration could significantly improve the residents’ health and there were regional differences. In the central and western region, medical industrial agglomeration could significantly improve the residents’ health, while the medical industrial agglomeration of eastern region did not significantly improve the residents’ health. Conclusion: It needed to enlarge the medical industrial agglomeration of different regions, balance regional development, especially increase the medical industrial agglomeration of central and western regions.
