通过对HRP环境下的业务收入核算流程进行疏理,分析传统直连接口方式的弊端,发现传统HRP与HIS直连接口方式存在数据准确性差、缺乏弹性容错能力、会计复核难、基础业务数据不全等问题。建议必须以业财融合的思维建立HRP与HIS系统的业务收入数据交互平台,并具备必要的弹性设计和容错处理能力、完善的内控机制和更加全面的基础数据,更好地满足医院会计核算、财务分析和医院绩效分配等管理需要,保证HRP的成功实施。

The accounting process of the medical service income under the HRP environment was rationed, and the disadvantages of the traditional direct connection interface were analyzed. The traditional direct connection between HRP and HIS had some problems such as poor data accuracy, lack of resilience and fault tolerance, difficulty in checking accounting and incomplete basic business data. The business income data interaction platform of HRP and HIS system must be set up with the thinking of business and financial integration. It had the necessary flexibility design and fault tolerance ability, perfect internal control, comprehensive basic data, and better meet the management needs of hospital accounting, financial analysis and hospital performance distribution, so as to ensure the success of HRP construction.
