摘要
对某地下车库种植顶板的传统构造层次进行优化,按相关规范要求,在保证防排水功能的前提下,采用非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料+SBS改性沥青耐根穿刺防水卷材的复合防水做法代替原来两道卷材防水层;取消找坡层,采用塑料排水板+排水边沟实现全方位的渗透收集和有组织排水,节约了造价和工期。
The planted roof structure of an underground garage is optimized.In accordance with requirements of relevant codes and keeping waterproofing and drainage working normal,non-cured rubber modified bitumen waterproofing coating and SBS modified bitumen root resistant waterproofing membrane are composite-used instead of original membrane waterproofing with two layers.The others design include canceling face of slope,plastic drain plate and side drain for collecting and draining,which helps to save the cost and construction time.
