School inheritance of ethnic culture in Wuling Mountain Region

摘要 文化传承是学校教育的核心功能之一,民族地区学校民族文化教育主渠道功能发挥得如何,直接决定民族文化传承的效果。武陵民族地区学校民族文化教育夯实民族文化传承的民意基础,拓展了课程资源,完善实施形式,提升青年学生的民族文化意识和文化素养;但仍存在现实根基弱化、深度广度不够、过分追求"显示度"等问题;应积极营造"生境"推动社会教育与学校教育互动,不断充实教育内涵,优化教育方式,增强体验与参与式教育,通过示范引领推动民族文化教育均衡发展。 Cultural inheritance is one of the core functions of school education,the ethnic cultural education in the schools of an ethnic region directs affects the inheritance of ethnic culture.The ethnic cultural education of the schools in Wuling ethnic region tamps the basis of popular will of ethnic cultural inheritance,widens course resources,perfects implementation means,lifts the ethnic cultural sense and cultural attainment of young students;however,such defects as weak realistic basis,insufficient depth and width and overmuch pursuit of "display degree"still exist;the relevant organs shall actively create "habitat"to push the interaction of social education and school education,enrich the connotation of education unceasingly,optimize education means,strengthen experience and participation type of education,lead the balanced development of ethnic cultural education by demonstration.
