摘要
脂肪间充质干细胞通过分泌生长因子,促进血管新生、创面愈合、调节免疫、减轻炎性反应等,在组织修复与再生中发挥重要作用。该文综述了脂肪间充质干细胞在整形外科领域的基础研究,讨论并探讨了其在脂肪移植、皮瓣移植、创面愈合、瘢痕修复、毛发再生及抗衰老等整形修复领域中的应用。
Adipose-derived stern cells (ASCs)play an important role in tissue repair and regeneration by secreting growth factors,promoting angiogenesis,wound healing,immune regulation,and reducing inflammatory reactions.In this paper,the basic research about ASCs and its application in plastic surgery such as fat transplantation,skin flap transplantation,wound healing,scar repair,hair regeneration and anti-aging are reviewed.
