大学衍生性资源对衍生企业的创业导向和创业绩效的影响——基于中国卓越联盟大学衍生企业的样本调研

The Impact of University Derivative Resources on Entrepreneurial Orientation and Performance of University Spin-off Companies: A Sample Survey based on the Spin-off Companies of Excellent Chinese Universities Union

大学溢出性资源在其衍生企业的创业和成长过程中扮演着重要角色。在延伸和拓展大学衍生性资源的内涵、构成维度以及测量方法的基础上,探索大学衍生性资源与创业导向和创业绩效的关系。结果发现,母体大学的技术溢出和社会资本溢出均对大学衍生性企业的创业导向和创业绩效产生显著正向影响;大学衍生企业对母体的学习方式、母体大学对衍生企业的决策参与对大学衍生企业的创业导向产生显著的负向影响,母体大学对衍生企业的决策参与对大学衍生企业的创业绩效产生显著的负向影响,但是大学衍生企业对母体的学习方式对大学衍生企业的创业绩效的负向影响不显著;大学衍生企业创业导向对创业绩效产生显著的正向影响;大学技术溢出、学习方式和决策参与通过创业导向的完全中介作用间接影响其创业绩效,社会资本溢出通过创业导向的部分中介作用间接影响其创业绩效。

University spillover resources are playing an important role in the birth and growth of university spin-off companies.This paper aims to explore the relationship between university derivative resources and entrepreneurial orientation and performance based on the extension,constitutional dimensions and measuring method of university derivative resources.This research suggests that both university's technology spillover and social capital spillover have a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial orientation and performance of university spin-off companies;the learning style of university by its spin-off companies and university's involvement in its spin-off companies'decision-making have a significant negative effect on the entrepreneurial orientation of university spin-off companies,and university's involvement in its spin-off companies'decision-making has a significant negative effect on the entrepreneurial performance of university spin-off companies,but the learning style of university by its spin-off companies does not have a significant negative effect on the entrepreneurial performance of university spin-off companies;and university spin-off companies'entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive effect on their entrepreneurial performance.University's technology spillover,learning style,and decision-making indirectly impact the entrepreneurial performance through the complete mediation of entrepreneurial orientation.Social capital spillover indirectly impacts the entrepreneurial performance through the partial mediation of entrepreneurial orientation.
