摘要
本文运用ANSYS有限元软件对200 MW锅炉锅筒进行机械应力分析,计算出锅筒最大应力集中位置,并算出机械应力值,最后对锅筒做出优化设计方案,这涉及到电厂的安全运行,对在役机组的缺陷及其发展进行了正确的评估,对机组安全性有着重大意义。
Paper uses ANSYS finite element software to analyze the mechanical stress of the 200MW boiler drum,calculates the mechanical stress of the three-dimensional transient boiler drum,and makes an optimal design scheme.This involves the safe operation of the power plant,and the defects of the in-service unit.The correct assessment of its development has great significance for the safety of the unit.
