摘要
采用宏观形貌检查、金相检验、室温拉伸试验、扫描电镜及能谱分析对某电厂1号锅炉水冷壁爆裂管段及平行管段进行了试验分析。结果表明:1号锅炉水冷壁爆管与对接焊缝部位开裂均是由管子内壁垢下腐蚀引发的氢损伤造成的。
The burst tube and the parallel tubes of one boiler waterwall are analyzed by means of macro examination,metallographic examination,tensile testing at room temperature,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the waterwall tube burst and the butt weld cracking are due to hrdrogen induced loss of the scale layer in tube inner wall.
