摘要 数字化时代,银行从前台营销到后台运营,都在经历着深刻变化。局限于某个渠道、某项技术或某个产品的数字化转型,已无法满足当前的市场需求和竞争。需要从深层次培育数字化基因,银行需重塑前、中、后整个流程系统,从整体上打造一流的数字化经营能力。这意味着银行的渠道管理、风险管理、客户关系管理、产品研发与运营管理、经营决策、核心系统管理等方面,均迎来了数字化转型。 In a digital age, every aspect of banks from front office marketing to back office operation are all undergoing profound changes. Digitalization limited to a certain channel, a certain technology or a certain product can no longer satisfy the demand and competition in the current market. It is necessary to cultivate digital genes from a deeper level and reshape banks all the way from front office, middle office to back office and foster first-class digital management capabilities in an all-around manner. That means channel management, risk management, client relations management, product development and operation management, operating decisions and core system management of banks have all encountered digital transformation.
