摘要
在煤层气井排采管理中,液面深度始终是一项重要的生产参数。声波液面测试作为获取这个参数的一种主要方法,同时也是煤层气井现场管理的一项重要基础工作。通过阐述油套环空中脉冲声波的传播特性,分析现场测试和读图解释过程中主控因素,总结出存信降噪的经验做法,并明确液面深度计算的关键技术指标,提升测试结果的参考价值。同时针对井筒结构和液面图形之间的对应关系,深入分析并挖掘反向回波包含的有效信息,最大限度提升液面测试资料的利用价值。
As an important production parameter for the management of CBM wells,the depth of the liquid surface is usually obtained through the sound wave test,which is an important basic work for CBM wells on-site inspection.In order to improve the reference value of the test results,this paper describes the propagation characteristics of pulsed sound waves between casing and tubing,analyzes the main influencing factors in the field test and reading interpretation process,sums up a set of empirical methods for preserving useful signals and reducing noise,and clarifies the key technical indicators for calculating the depth of liquid surface.Based on the correspondence between the wellbore structure and the test graphics,in-depth analysis and'mining of the effective information contained in the reverse echo has been conducted,so as maximize the use of liquid surface test data.
