摘要
基于人的S-O-R行为模式,利用心理学试验软件E-Prime的行为试验模块,研究煤矿噪声对矿工行为的影响。辅以调查问卷,在实验室对20名矿工分7 d在7种不同噪声等级下的行为进行了研究,以反应时和操作可靠度作为评价标准。利用E-Prime、E-Studio、E-Merge、Excel和SPSS等软件对所得的行为数据进行整理与分析。结果表明:噪声级在35~75 dB之间反应时变化不显著,超过75 dB反应时的变化显著;噪声级在35~65 dB之间出错次数和可靠度变化不显著,超过65 dB出错次数和可靠度的变化非常显著;建议有条件的矿可以将噪声安全临界值设定为75 dB,以减少不安全行为的发生。
The purpose of the given paper is to trace and disclose the influence of the frequency and volume of the coal mining noise on the miners' behavior based on the human S-O-R(short for Stimulus-organism-response) behavior pattern.For the said purpose,we have examined and investigated 20 miners ' behavior patterns in our laboratory by means of the experimental module of E-Prime,a psychology experiment software.In proceeding with the said research,we have first of all chosen 20 positive and negative words familiar to us as stimulating materials in the form of questionnaire to collect respectively and correspondingly.At the same time,the noise has been collected from the coal miners' working position.And,later,the noise spectrum,the human voice sound quality,and their frequency have to be used as the subjects of analysis and the noise testing and study materials.Later,based on the above materials and E-Prime experiment software,we began to trace and analyze the influence of the 7 different levels of coal mining noise on the miners' response time and operation reliability in the laboratory condition,by turning the noise into a singular factor and letting the research process last for7 days.And,then,the experimental data collected from the miners were sent to be put into regulation and categorization so as to be analyzed through the software of E-Studio and E-Merge.Last of all,we began to conduct the descriptive statistics,the correlation and linear regression analysis data of the miners' response frequency at the different levels of noise via the Excel and SPSS software so as to work out and determine the miners' operation reliability and draw up a descriptive chart to disclose the miners' corresponding response frequency and their operation reliability with the change of the noise levels.The results of our investigation and analysis prove that the change of the miner's response frequency and intensity is not significant when the noise is between 35 db and 75 db,but the change would begin to be remarkable when the noise has increased over 75 db.On the other hand,the changes of error-making frequency and reliability may remain not significant when the noise is between 35 db and 65 db.But,in contrast,the changes would be significant in case when the noise gets over 65 db.From what is illustrated above,it can be seen that the curve of reliability and that of error frequency may imply a certain trend of the reverse change,indicating that the miners' response frequency would like to extend with their operation reliability being decreased as soon as the noise is over 75 db,which suggests that the noise safety threshold should be set up at75 db in the coal mining business so as to reduce the miners' unsafe or reckless behaviors and the economic loss of the coalmining enterprises.
