新生儿重度窒息合并毛细血管渗漏综合征1例

摘要 毛细血管渗漏综合征(capillary leak syndrome,CLS)是新生儿重症监护室(Neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)的危重症之一,1960年Clarkson B首次报道该病[1]。迄今,其发病机制仍不完全清楚,无明确统一的诊断标准,因此对提高该病的认识有重要意义。CLS的出现,给临床治疗带来困难,同时也是影响抢救成功的因素之一。
