摘要
基于代谢组学技术的中药现代化研究符合中药物质基础整体观的组分结构理论,便于阐明中药多组分对复杂生物系统多靶点、整体调节作用的科学内涵,在中药质量和安全性评价中表现出系统性优势。本文对近年来代谢组学技术在中药质量控制与毒性评价方面的研究进行综述,分析其优势及存在的问题,并对今后应用研究进行分析和展望,为中药质量控制和安全评价提供参考。
The study of TCM modernization based on metabolomics technology is consistent with the holistic view of TCM component structure theory,so as to clarify the scientific connotation of"multi-component"of TCM on "multi-target and integral regulation"of complex biological systems,and show the overall and systematic advantages in the quality evaluation of TCM.This article reviewed the research on the quality control and toxicity evaluation of TCM by metabolomics technology,analyzed the advantages and existing problems,and analyzed and prospected the future application research,which provided references for quality control and safety evaluation of TCM.
