摘要
粉煤灰的火山灰效应在混凝土抗硫酸盐腐蚀方面可发挥有利作用。本文基于粉煤灰中的SiO_2与水泥中的C_3S和C_2S水化反应所产生的Ca(OH)_2发生火山灰反应的反应式,根据所用水泥中的C_3S和C_2S以及粉煤灰中的SiO_2含量,提出了抗硫酸盐腐蚀混凝土中的粉煤灰临界掺量的估算方法,以最大限度发挥粉煤灰的火山灰效应,发挥其在混凝土抗硫酸盐腐蚀中的最大作用;混凝土耐久性试验结果也验证了本方法的正确性。
The pozzolanic reaction of fly ash plays a beneficial role in the resistance of concrete to sulfate corrosion.Based on the pozzolanic reaction formula between SiO2 in fly ash and calcium hydroxide from hydration reaction of C3S and C2S in cement,a method was proposed in this paper for estimating the allowable maximum fly ash content in anti-sulfate corrosion concrete.The contents of SiO2 in fly ash and C3S and C2S in cement should be known in advance.This method can make the most of the pozzolanic effect of fly ash on resistance to sulfate corrosion in concrete.The concrete durability test results validate the proposed method.
