摘要
目的探讨肝素结合蛋白(HBP)在急性盆腔炎血液中的水平及其在盆腔炎诊疗中的价值。方法选取2014年8月-2017年9月杭州市余杭区第三人民医院收治的60例急性盆腔炎患者,分为细菌感染组和非细菌感染组,酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测HBP在急性盆腔炎患者及对照组中的水平,同时检测外周血C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平,将结果分别采用t检验进行比较分析。结果与非细菌感染组及对照组比较,细菌感染组的HBP水平明显增高(P <0. 05),细菌感染组中随着疾病严重程度增加HBP水平相应明显增高(P <0. 05),治愈及显效组、有效组治疗前后HBP检测结果之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论 HBP可作为细菌感染性急性盆腔炎诊断及鉴别诊断的标志物,可用于判断病情严重程度,并可作为疗效评估的依据。
Objective To investigate the level of heparin-binding protein (HBP)in the blood of acute pelvic inflammatory disease and its value in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Yuhang District from August 2014 to September 2017 were enrolled in the bacterial infection group and the non-bacterial infection group.HBP was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in peripheral blood were measured simultaneously in patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease and that in the control group.The results were compared and analyzed by t test.Results Compared with non-bacterial infection group and control group,HBP level in bacterial infection group significantly increased (P <0.05),and HBP levels in the bacterial infection group significantly increased with the severity of disease (P <0.05).There was statistical significance on the differences in HBP test results between the curative and markedly effective groups and that in the effective group before and after treatment (P <0.01 ).Conclusion HBP can be used as a marker for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of bacterial infectious in acute pelvic inflammatory disease.It can be used to judge the severity of the disease and can be used as the basis for evaluation of the curative effect.
