2015年-2017年嘉兴市城区医疗机构消毒质量监测报告

Report on disinfection quality monitoring of medical institutions in urban area of Jiaxing during 2015-2017

目的了解嘉兴市城区各级医疗机构消毒灭菌质量现状,为进一步加强消毒管理防控医院感染提供可靠依据。方法依据WS/T 367—2012《医疗机构消毒技术规范》和GB 15982—2012《医院消毒卫生标准》,采用现场抽样方法,对浙江省嘉兴市城区2015年-2017年医疗机构进行每年一次的医院消毒质量监测,并进行整理分析。结果 2015年-2017年3年共采样检测样品1 158份,总体合格率为91. 8%。3年合格率分别为90. 2%、90. 2%、95. 1%。不同监测项目中,以室内空气、使用中的消毒液合格率最高(100. 0%),最低的是口腔诊疗用水(81. 9%)。市属医疗机构的消毒效果合格率为94. 6%,明显高于街道乡镇卫生院(89. 1%),两者合格率之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13. 22,P <0. 05)。结论 2015年-2017年嘉兴市城区医院消毒水平整体较好,但口腔诊疗用水有待加强,街道乡镇卫生院的医院消毒需要加强监测和监督。

Objective To understand the status of disinfection and sterilization quality of medical institutions at all levels in Jiaxing City,so as to provide reliable basis for further strengthening disinfection management and prevention of hospital infection. Methods According to WS/T 367-2012 Standard for Disinfection of Medical Institutions and GB 15982—2012Hygienic Standard for Hospital Disinfection. Field sampling was used to investigate the disinfections of medical institutions during2015-2017 in Jiaxing. Results Totally,1 158 samples were collected from 2015 to 2017,with the average passing rat of91. 8%. The qualified rates in the three years were 90. 2%,90. 2%,95. 1%,respectively. Among the different monitoring projects,the highest qualified rate( 100. 0%) was of indoor air and the using disinfectant. The lowest was in dentist clinic( 81. 9%). The qualified rate of disinfection in municipal medical institutions was 94. 6%,which was obviously higher than street and township hospitals( 89. 1%),and the difference in qualified rate was statistically significant between them( χ~2=13. 22,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The total disinfection effect is good in urban hospitals of Jiaxing during 2015-2017,but it needs to be strengthened on water for dentist clinic. Surveillance and supervision need to be strengthened on the disinfection in rural township health centers.
