吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水中乙醚

Determination of ethyl ether in water by purge-trap and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 目的建立吹扫捕集-单四级杆气相色谱/质谱联用(GC-MS)法对水中乙醚进行定性定量分析的方法。方法采用吹扫捕集富集水中的乙醚,解析后用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定,选择特征离子定量。结果在所建立的最佳实验条件下,水中乙醚能得到有效分离,在0. 034μg/L~17. 2μg/L线性良好,相关系数为0. 999 3;回收率为91. 8%~113. 6%;最低检出浓度为0. 003 5μg/L。结论该方法简单实用,重现性好,灵敏度高,结果准确,对于多种水样适应性好,适合水中乙醚的测定。 Objective To establish a method for the quantitative and qualitative determination of ethyl ether in water by purge-trap and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Methods Ethyl ether in water was purged and trapped,then desorbed and analyzed by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry.Selective ion masses were used in quantitative measurement.Results Under the optimal experimental conditions,ethyl ether in water can be easily and effectively separated and determined.Good linearity was obtained when the concentration range from 0.034μg/L to 17.2μg/L.The correlation coefficients (r)was 0.9993.The recoveries in the spiked samples were within 91.8%-113.6%.The lowest limit of detection was 0.0035μg/L.Conclusion This method is simple,practical,reproducible,highly sensitive and accurate,which is suitable for the determination of ether in water.
