非小细胞肺癌患者血和呼出气冷凝液转移生长因子β1的检测及诊断价值 被引量:3

Detection and significance of transforming growth factor β1 in serum and exhaled breath condensate in non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血和呼出气冷凝液(EBC)中转移生长因子β1(TGF-β1)检测价值。方法收集NSCLC患者52例,其中鳞癌24例,腺癌28例,TNM分期的Ⅰ期~Ⅱ期18例,Ⅲ期~Ⅳ期34例,同期健康体检者35例为对照组,采集空腹血清和EBC标本,采用ELISA方法检测TGF-β1。结果 NSCLC组血清、EBC中TGF-β1水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。腺癌组血清和EBC中TGF-β1水平均高于鳞癌组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。Ⅲ期~Ⅳ期血清和EBC中TGF-β1均高于Ⅰ期~Ⅱ期,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01);Ⅰ期~Ⅱ期血清和EBC中TGF-β1水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论检测血及EBC中TGF-β1水平对肺癌有辅助诊断价值,有助于病理分型,可作为预后参考指标。 Objective To observe the diagnostic value of transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1)in serum and exhaled breath condensate(EBC)in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods Totally 52 NSCLC patients were collected, including 24 cases of squamous carcinoma,28 cases of adenocarcinoma,and 18 cases in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ,34cases in stage Ⅲ-IV.35 healthy subjects were enrolled in the control group.Serum and EBC specimens were collected and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used for the detection of TGF-β1.Results In the NSCLC group,TGF -β1 levels in serum and EBC were significantly higher than those in control group,with the difference statistically significant (P <0.01). The TGF -β1 levels in serum and EBC in adenocarcinoma group were significantly higher than squamous cell carcinoma group, with the difference statistically significant (P <0.01).According to the TNM stage,TGF -β1 levels in serum and EBC in NSCLC HI -IV stages were significantly higher than stages Ⅰ-Ⅱ,with the difference statistically significant (P <0.01);and TGF -β1 levels in serum and EBC in stages Ⅰ-Ⅱ were significantly higher than control group,with the difference statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion The detection of TGF -β1 levels in serum and EBC have assistant diagnostic value, which is helpful for pathological types and can be used as a prognostic index.
