摘要
目的动态监测包头市食盐加碘含量调整后人群碘营养状况及碘缺乏病防治效果,为进一步巩固消除碘缺乏病成果提供科学依据。方法本次调查采集了居民户食用碘盐900份、8岁~10岁儿童食用碘盐和尿碘样品各1 200份,(对其中600名8岁~10岁儿童进行了甲状腺B超的检测)及孕妇食用碘盐和尿碘样品各605份。结果调查结果显示居民户碘盐覆盖率为100%,碘盐合格率为98%,合格碘盐食用率为98%;儿童尿碘中位数为234. 4μg/L,盐碘中位数为23. 52 mg/kg,甲状腺肿大率为0. 17%;孕妇尿碘中位数为176. 4μg/L,盐碘中位数为23. 07 mg/kg。结论包头市碘盐含量调整后碘缺乏病防治效果良好,各项指标均达到持续消除碘缺乏病标准,虽然儿童尿碘中位数偏高,仅从这项指标显示食盐加碘含量有进一步下调的空间,但是孕妇现行尿碘中位数在适宜的范围,是否可以继续调整有待于继续进行监测分析。
Objective To dynamically monitor the iodine nutritional status and the effect of iodine deficiency after the adjustment of iodine content in salt in Baotou City,so as to provide scientific basis for the elimination of iodine deficiency. Methods The survey collected 900iodized salt samples from adult residents and 1200samples of iodized salt and urinary iodine from 8-10year-old children of whom 600children underwent thyroid B ultrasound test,and 605samples of iodized salt and urine iodine from pregnant women.Results The coverage rate of household iodized salt was 100%,the pass rate was 98%,and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 98%;the median of urinary iodine was 234.4 μg/L in children, the median of salt iodine was 23.52mg/kg,and the goiter rate was 0.17%;the median of urinary iodine was 176.4 μg/L and that of salt iodine was 23.07mg/kg in pregnant women.Condusion After the adjustment of iodine content in salt,the prevention of iodine deficiency in Baotou City was ideal,and all the indexes met the requirements of eliminating iodine deficiency. The median of urinary iodine is a little higher in children,suggesting there is space to down-regulate the iodine content in salt. The median of urinary iodine is within a normal range in pregnant women;therefore,it deserves continued monitoring and analysis whether further the adjustment of iodine content is available.
