中式家具大规模定制系统化产品开发设计体系研究

Study on Systematic Products Development System of Mass-customized Chinese Style Furniture

建立中式家具大规模定制系统化产品开发体系,解决中式全屋整体家具个性化定制和批量化生产之间的矛盾,促进中式家具大规模定制的转型和发展。方法:从中式家具大规模定制的现状及条件入手,运用系统学、模块设计的研究方法,定义中式风格全屋整体家具设计要素,将感性的设计风格转换成设计的定量描述。结果:总结出中式家具系统化分类,建立系列化、通用化、组合化和模块化的设计体系标准,通过设计标准建立工艺和制造规范标准。

The systematic products development system of mass-customized Chinese style furniture is established to solve the contradiction between individualized customization and mass production of the whole furniture of Chinese style and to promote the transformation and development of mass-customized Chinese furniture.Starting from the present situation and conditions of mass-customized Chinese style furniture,by using the research methods of system and modular design,this paper defines the elements of the whole furniture design of the whole house of Chinese style and converts the perceptual design style into the quantitative description of the design.As a result,the systematic classification of Chinese style furniture is summarized,the design system standard of serialization,generalization,combination and modularization is established,and the standard of process and manufacturing specification is built.
