Study on Home Sharing Mode under the “Internet Plus” Background

本文主要介绍了基于互联网背景下的共享模式及未来的共享家居模式。共享模式依据产品和服务的共享模式可分为无人化便捷租赁服务和提供共享交易平台,而根据具体的流通方式细分为非定点流通类、定点流通类、单一环境使用类及点对点使用类。通过以上分析结合家具产品性质,对家居及家具共享提出一些初步的建议及分析。

This article mainly introduces the sharing mode and the future home sharing mode based on the internet background.The sharing mode can be divided into unmanned and convenient rental service and sharing trading platform based on the sharing pattern of products and services.According to the specific mode of circulation,it can be divided into non-fixed point circulation,fixed point circulation,single environment circulation and point to point circulation.What’s more,some problems in unmanned and convenient rental services are mentioned.Through the above analysis and combined with the nature of furniture products,there are some preliminary suggestions and analysis are made for furniture and furniture sharing.
