Attracting Social Forces to Participate in Running of Vocational Education:Modes,Pathway and Assurance Mechanism

引导社会力量参与职业教育是目前世界范围内职业教育发展的趋势。根据目前国内的现实情况,政府宏观调控以吸引企业投资职业教育和鼓励社会资本与职业院校创建多种形式的办学联合体是吸引社会力量参与举办职业教育的解决途径。保障社会力量顺利参与举办职业教育,需要从健全社会力量兴办职业教育的利益协调机制和探索企业办学形式多样化方面进行着力探索。

Guiding social forces to participate in vocational education is the trend of vocational education development worldwide at present.The "school-enterprise cooperation,combination of production and learning"and the "enterprises holding vocational education, undertaking the responsibilities of enterprises and universities"are two forms for social forces to run vocational education.According to the actual situation in China,the governments,through regulation from the macroscopic view,attract enterprises to invest in vocational education,and encourage social capital and vocational colleges to create various forms of school-running consortia,which are the ways to attract social forces to participate in the running of vocational education.In order to guarantee social forces to successful participate in the holding of vocational education,it is necessary from perspectives of government and school to optimize the interest coordination mechanism for social forces to run vocational education and explore the diverse school-running forms of enterprises.
