On Construction of Professional Learning Community for Computer Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 新时代背景下,高职计算机课程体系的重塑迫切需要提升教师专业能力。针对目前高职计算机教师专业发展中存在的主要问题,结合教师专业学习共同体理论,提出促进高职计算机教师专业发展的策略,即以立德树人为根本,以双元结构单元为核心,以项目驱动和信息资源为支撑,构建"四位一体"的高职计算机教师专业学习共同体模式。 Under the background of new era, the reconstructing of the computer curriculum system in higher vocational colleges is urgent to improve their professional capacities. In view of the main problems existed in professional development of computer teachers in higher vocational colleges, combined with the theory of professional learning community for teachers, this paper put forward measures to promote professional development of computer teachers in higher vocational colleges that are regarding the morality education as the fundamental, the dual structural element as the core, as well as the project drivers and information resources as the supporting, so as to construct the "quaternity"professional learning community model for computer teachers in higher vocational colleges.
