摘要
"朋辈互助"是心理健康教育中的一种方法。针对"90后"学生的思想特点,可以采用"自发型"的组织建设,强化"团队"和"一对一"相结合的体验式互助。针对学生关心的焦点问题,发挥"朋辈互助"的思想引导作用。通过探索"朋辈互助"方法在高职生思想引导机制中的具体应用和实践成效,为大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性提供新的思路和方法。
"Peer support"is a method to carry out mental health education.Aiming at the ideological characteristics of "post90s"students,it is necessary to adopt the "voluntary"organization construction to enhance the "team"and "one-on-one"combined experimental support.In view of focusing problems cared by students,giving play to the ideological guiding role of "peer support", exploring the specific application and practical effect of "peer support"method in ideological guiding mechanism for higher vocational college students can provide new ideas and methods for the effectiveness of ideological and political education work for university students.
