基于现代学徒制的“工匠精神”培育路径与载体构建 被引量:29

摘要 现代学徒制与工匠精神有着一脉相承的历史,现代学徒制是培育"工匠精神"的基石,而"工匠精神"则支撑起现代学徒制的发展。依托现代学徒制加强工匠精神培育,能够有力推动受教育者职业素养的提升及自我价值的实现,丰富企业导师的职业生涯,有利于企业人力资本的增加和创新文化的培育。为了提升工匠精神的培育成效,政府、学校、企业等主体应加强协作,政府加快将工匠精神融入到顶层制度设计中,学校推动工匠精神融入教学资源,企业将工匠精神融入学徒培养,并辅之制度、师资及文化这三大载体,将工匠精神在规范的制度下传承,在教师的影响下塑造,在校企文化整合中培育。 Modern apprenticeship and artisan spirit have the same strain of history. Modern apprenticeship is the cornerstone of cultivating the"artisan spirit", and"artisan spirit"supports the development of modern apprenticeship. Relying on modern apprenticeship to strengthen the cultivation of artisans spirit, can effectively promote the professionalism of educators to enhance and realize their own values, enrich the mentor career, is conducive to the value of human capital and the cultivation of innovative culture. In order to enhance the effectiveness of artisan training, the government, schools, enterprises and other subjects should strengthen collaboration. The government should speed up integrating artisan skills into the top-level system design. Schools should promote the integration of artisans into teaching resources. Enterprises should integrate artisans’ skills into apprenticeship, supplemented by system, teachers and culture of these three major carriers, the craftsman spirit in the normative system of heritage, under the influence of the teacher shape, in the cultural integration of school-enterprise culture.
