文化育人视野下高职工匠精神培育的困顿、成因与破解路径

Real Predicament, Causes and Approaches to Cultivate Craftsmanship Spirit in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Cultural Education

高职院校是当代工匠精神培育的主阵地,面对时代发展的要求,必须加强对学生工匠精神的培育。然而,当前支撑工匠精神培育的社会氛围尚未形成,高职院校在工匠精神培育中主体意识缺失、教育价值取向技术化、忽略了工匠精神的人文性,严重制约了工匠精神的培育成效。基于文化育人视角,应从精神文化、行为文化、制度文化以及物质文化等方面入手,加强文化植入和建构,培育高职工匠精神因子,重塑工匠精神的价值意义。

As the main front for cultivating the craftsmanship spirit,higher vocational colleges must strengthen the spirit-building of the craftsmanship of students.However,the social atmosphere that supports the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit has not yet been formed. In the process of craftsmanship spirit cultivation,the subject consciousness of higher vocational colleges is lacking,the value orientation of higher vocational education is technically oriented,ignoring the humanistic nature of craftsmanship spirit and severely restricting the cultivation effect of craftsmanship spirit.Studying its causes,mainly due to the contemporary social value-oriented alienation,higher vocational colleges'humanistic education quality weakened and other factors.We should proceed from such aspects as spiritual culture, behavioral culture,institutional culture and material culture,from the perspective of cultural education.We should strengthen cultural implants and construction,cultivate the spirit factor of higher vocational craftsmanship and reshape the value of craftsmanship spirit.
