大学办基础教育的实践与探索——以东北师范大学基础教育办学为例

大学办基础教育源于大学服务社会的职能所在,作为继教学、科研之后的第三大职能,服务社会的职能决定了大学要为基础教育服务。这是一项功在当代,利在千秋的民生工程,是大学主动承担社会责任的体现。作为师范院校而言,东北师范大学最初办基础教育,一方面为大学教科研提供实验,为毕业生提供实践;另一方面也为大学教职员工子女解决教育问题。时至今日,大学通过输出优质教育资源,助力区域基础教育提升发展,在进一步帮助附属学校加强教师队伍建设、改善办学条件,不断提升附属学校品牌竞争力方面,依然发挥着重要作用。

Except teaching and researching,primary education initiated by universities is the third most important function for universities.This function decides university must make contributions to primary education.Its powers lies at present,and its benefits lies in the future.It is the embodiment of the university taking the initiative to assume social responsibility.As a normal university,Northeast Normal University sets up junior and senior school subjected to NENU. It is a practice for research and its graduates.On the other hand,it can also provide primary education for NENU's staffs' and teachers'children.Until now,it still plays an important role in providing highquality education,assisting the development of regional primary education,strengthening the quality of teachers,and upgrading conditions of running a school,improving the competitiveness of its affiliated schools.
