摘要
当今社会"教师"被人们空前地关注,对教师职业素质的质疑,对教师存在意义与价值的追问,呼唤对教师存在的理性思考。基于历史考量,追溯了教师存在的嬗变;基于现实思索,描绘了教师存在的困境;基于自我认知,认识了教师的本体性存在、个性化存在和创造性存在,进一步明确了教师要具有的"交往型特质""情感型人格"和"教学智慧"等基本品质。
Teachers have gained unprecedented attention from society in contemporary time.More and more people start to question teachers'professionalism,pursuing the meaning and value of teachers,thinking about the rationality of teachers on the basis of the experience gained from history.The thesis reviews the changes of teachers'social status.On the basis of thoughts reflecting the reality,this thesis describes teachers'realistic plight.On the basis of self-cognition,this thesis elaborates the existing of teacher from the lights of self-cognition,individuality,and creativity.Furthermore,this thesis also states the elementary qualities needed by teachers such as communicative traits,emotion personality,and teaching tact.
