活性炭/甲壳素复合珠粒的制备及其染料吸附性能 被引量:3

摘要 通过低温溶解法得到甲壳素溶液(C),将活性炭(A)作为分散相与甲壳素溶液共混,以硫酸溶液为凝固浴,通过滴注成型法制备了活性炭/甲壳素(A/C)复合珠粒,用于染料的吸附。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)表征了复合珠粒的结构,结果表明:该复合珠粒具有均匀的多孔结构,有利于染料的吸附及内部的传质。以亚甲基蓝为染料模型,吸附试验结果表明该复合珠粒对亚甲基蓝有良好的吸附效果,解吸附-再生试验表明该复合珠粒有良好的可重复利用性。该复合珠粒有望成为一种具有应用潜力的生物质类吸附材料。 The chitin solution (C)was obtained by dissolving chitin powders in a mixture solution at low temperature.A/C composite beads were gained with dropping.method by blending the dispersed phase activated carbon (A) with chitin solution,using H2SO4 solution as coagulant.The structure of A/C composite beads was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM)and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results indicate that the beads show porous structure,benefiting to the absorption and internal mass transfer of dyes.Methylene blue as a dye model was applied to evaluate the dye absorption of the composite beads and the result indicates the composite beads have good adsorption effectiveness.The desorption-regeneration tests show good recyclability of the composite beads.The composite bead is expected to become a kind of biomass adsorption material with good application potential.
