Influence of backpack on children's foot biomechanics: A system review

摘要 通过查阅国内外背包对儿童足部生物力学性能影响的相关文献,综述了背包影响儿童行走时地面反作用力、足底压力以及步态时空参数的研究进展。结果表明,过重的书包影响儿童的平衡,易造成前脚掌疲劳及损伤;为了不影响儿童的正常发育,儿童背包质量不宜超过20%身体质量(BW);而儿童背包行走通常是一个长距离的过程,长距离行走后对地面反作用力和足底压力分布是否有影响,还需学者们进行深入研究与探讨。 The influence of schoolbags on ground reaction force,plantar pressure and spatio-temporal gait parameters among children was reviewed through reviewing the relevant literatures about the influence of backpacks on children's foot biomechanics at home and abroad.Results show that the overweight schoolbag not only affects the balance of children but also cause the fatigue and damage of the forefoot.In order not to affect the normal development of children,the weight of children's backpack should not exceed 20% body weight (BW).However,long-term consequences of altered ground reaction force and plantar pressure need to be assessed in future work,considering the actual durations typically spent carrying school items.
