玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗黄斑水肿的临床观察

Clinical observation of intravitreal injection of Lucentis for macular edema

目的观察玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗各种病因引起的黄斑水肿的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月至2017年12月郑州人民医院收治并确诊为黄斑水肿患者35例(36眼),均行玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗药物手术。观察术前及术后3d、1个月、6个月最佳矫正视力、裂隙灯、眼底、眼压、光学相干断层扫描(OCT)的变化,分析手术前后患者最佳矫正视力及黄斑中心区视网膜厚度(CMT)的变化。结果随访6个月,玻璃体腔注药后3d、1个月、6个月患者最佳矫正视力均较术前提高(P均<0.05),CMT值低于术前(P<0.05)。随访期间所有患者眼压均正常,均未出现与注射或药物相关眼部或全身并发症。结论玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗黄斑水肿,可有效改善患者视功能,且无明显并发症发生,高效安全。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of intravitreal injection of Lucentis in the treatment of macular edema due to various etiologies.Methods Thirty-six eyes of 35 cases diagnosised as macular edema were intravitreally injected lucentis from December 2013 to December 2014 in Zhengzhou People's Hospital were selected.All patients experienced the best corrected visual acuity examination (BCVA),slit lamp examination,funduscopes examination,intraocular pressure (IOP)and optical coherence tomography (OCT)before treatment and three days,one month,six months after treatment.Preoperative and postoperative,BCRA,CMT,complication were observed, respectively.Results Patients were followed up for six months.BCVA was improved at three days,one month,six months after intravitreal injection (P<0.05),and the value of CMT was lower than that before operation (P<0.05).During the follow-up period,all patients had normal intraocular pressure and no ocular or systemic complications associated with injection or drugs was found.Conclusions Intravitreal injection of Lucentis in the treatment of macular edema can effectively improve the visual function of patients without obvious complications.
