Rigidfix横穿钉重建前交叉韧带股骨侧早期断钉原因分析

Analysis of the reasons for the early breaking of cross-pin in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction on the femoral side with Rigidfix

目的探讨膝关节镜下前交叉韧带固定针系统(Rigdfix)修复重建前交叉韧带股骨侧早期断钉发生的原因,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择2014年5月至2016年5月解放军第一0七医院关节外科收治的前交叉韧带断裂患者92例,所有患者均于膝关节镜下采用Rigdfix重建膝关节前交叉韧带,术后随访观察股骨侧固定材料的稳定性,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均随访12(8~18)个月,92例患者中发生Rigdfix横穿钉断裂2例(2.17%),发生断裂的时间1例为术后3个月,1例为术后5个月,原因均为急性扭伤。结论腱骨愈合不良和外伤暴力是术后断钉的主要原因。

Objective To investigate the causes of early breaking of cross-pin in the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction on the femoral side with Rigidfix under arthroscopy,so as to provide references for improving efficacy and reducing complications.Methods Ninety-two patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture admitted to the Department of Joint Surgery in the 107th Hospital of People's Liberation Army from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected.All patients underwent arthroscopic Rigdfix reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee.And the stability of femoral side fixation materials was observed after operation.And the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were followed up for 12(8-18)months.Of the 92 patients,two patients (2.17%)had Rigdfix nail breakage,and one case was broken 3 months after operation,and one case was broken 5 months after operation.All the causes of the fracture were acute sprain.Conclusions Tendon bone malunion and traumatic violence are the main causes of postoperative cross-pin breakage.
