摘要
目的探讨复方麝香注射液治疗早期高血压性脑出血患者的疗效及对神经功能的影响。方法选取2015年3月至2018年2月山西省长治市第二人民院收治的早期高血压性脑出血患者共150例,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组患者给予降颅压、甘露醇脱水及脑复康等常规治疗,观察组加用复方麝香注射液治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS评分)、治疗前后日常生活能力(BI评分)以及平均住院时间等指标。结果对照组患者的总有效率为60.0%,观察组为80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者NIHSS评分差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组的NIHSS评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者日常生活能力BI评分差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的BI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用复方麝香注射液治疗早期高血压性脑出血患者,临床疗效显著,可促进患者的神经功能恢复,提高其日常生活能力,减少住院时间,提高预后,值得临床上推广使用。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of compound musk injection on early hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its neurological function.MethodsA total of 150 patients with early hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected from March 2015 to February 2018 in the Second People's Hospital of Changzhi. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment such as intracranial pressure reduction, mannitol dehydration and brain Fukang, while the patients in the observation group were treated with compound musk injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups, the score of nerve function defect (NIHSS score) before and after treatment, the daily living ability (BI score) before and after treatment, and the average time of hospitalization were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the control group was 60.0%, the total effective rate of the observation group was 80.0%, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in BI score between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the BI score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The average hospitalization time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe effect of compound musk injection on early hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is significant, which can promote the recovery of the nerve function, improve the daily living ability of the patients, reduce the patient's time of hospitalization and improve the prognosis. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
