摘要
对两种典型的聚合物基固体自润滑材料聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和聚酰亚胺(PI)的热稳定性和摩擦磨损性能进行了测试,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了试验后的摩擦表面形貌,用X射线能量分散谱仪(EDS)分析了试验后摩擦表面的特征元素。结果表明:两种聚合物基固体自润滑材料均具有良好的热稳定性,聚四氟乙烯基固体自润滑材料的润滑性能和耐摩擦磨损性能要优于聚酰亚胺基固体自润滑材料的。
The thermal stability and friction and wear properties of two typical polymer based solid selflubricating materials,polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)and polyimide(PI),were tested.The friction surface morphology after test was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the characteristic elements on the friction surface after test were analyzed by X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results show that the two polymer based solid self-lubricating materials both have good thermal stability,and the lubricating properties and friction and wear resistance of the PTFE-based solid self-lubricating material are better than those of the PIbased solid self-lubricating material.
