摘要
自主设计研制了用于轧辊材料抗热疲劳性能测试的热疲劳试验机,通过选择合适的加热方式和电源、循环加热系统、冷却系统等,自主安装调试,使其适合于轧辊材料的抗热疲劳性能检测。选择轧辊常用材料高铬铁和高铬钢两种材料的试样使用该试验机分别进行了热疲劳试验,并根据材料的特点和轧辊疲劳裂纹产生的特征,设计了独特的疲劳裂纹检测和抗热疲劳性能评价方法,制定了专门用于测量微观裂纹面积分数、裂纹总长度的定量测量方法。
The thermal fatigue testing machine for thermal fatigue resistance testing of roller materials was independently designed and developed.Through selecting appropriate heating method and power supply,circulating heating system,cooling system and so on,and by self-installation and debugging,the developed testing machine was made suitable for testing the thermal fatigue resistance of roller materials.The samples of common materials for rollers of high-chromium iron and high-chromium steel were selected for thermal fatigue testing by using the developed testing machine.According to the characteristics of the material and the fatigue cracks of the rollers,a unique fatigue crack testing and thermal fatigue resistance evaluation method was designed.A quantitative measurement method for measuring the micro crack area fraction and the total crack length was developed.
