摘要
上海哥伦比亚总会是20世纪20年代美国侨民在上海社交集会的场所.在万科"上生·新所"的城市更新中得到修缮与活化利用。文章以此为例.讨论了近现代历史建筑利用中关照历史价值,面对现代需求的问题。
Columbia Country Club, the former social venue in Shanghai for the prewar American society in the1920 s, has now been renovated as a part of the VANKE urban renewal project(Columbia Park). This paper takes this project as an example to discuss this menorial value and modern functional requirement in historic building renovation projects
