摘要
目的探究经阴道三维超声联合二维超声对子宫肌瘤的诊断价值。方法研究对象选取2016年4月-2017年12月收治疑似子宫肌瘤患者146例,根据其检测方法分为二维组(73例)及联合组(73例),其中二维组使用经阴道二维超声进行检测诊断,联合组在其基础上施加经阴道三位超声进行检测,观察两组检测结果,比较两组检测阴性预测值、阳性预测值、检测灵敏度、特异度及约登指数。结果二维组检测真阳性55例,假阳性3例,真阴性5例,假阴性10例。联合组真阳性60例,假阳性1例,真阴性8例,假阴性4例。两组阳性预测值无显著差异(P> 0. 05),联合组阴性预测值、检测灵敏度、特异度及约登指数显著高于二维组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论经阴道三维超声联合二维超声能更加准确地对子宫肌瘤进行诊断,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound combined to assess the diagnostic value of two-dimensional ultrasonography in uterine fibroids. Methods The research object to choose our April 2016 in December 2017,146 patients with uterine fibroids treated suspected,according to the test methods are divided into 2 d group( 73 cases) and the joint group( 73 cases),including 2 d group using transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasonic detection diagnosis,joint group on the basis of the three applied transvaginal ultrasonic testing,observing two groups of test results,comparing two groups of test negative predictive value,positive predictive value,the detection sensitivity,specific and about the index. 2 d measure true positive. Results 55 cases,false positive in 3,true negative in 5 cases,10 cases of false negative. True positive joint group 60 cases,false positive in 1 case,true negative 8 cases,4 cases were false negative. Positive predictive value the two groups had no significant difference( P > 0. 05),the joint group negative predictive value,the detection sensitivity,specific and about an index was significantly higher than that of 2 d group,the difference statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound with two-dimensional ultrasound may more accurately to diagnosis of uterine fibroids,worth clinical promotion.
