摘要
介绍了聚氯乙烯管材的特点和应用,分析了管材中PVC树脂含量是影响产品性能的重要因素。建立了测定PVC管材中树脂含量的方法,通过红外光谱分析,佐证了实验所得树脂为纯PVC树脂,且实验所得其它组分中不含有该成分,证明了实验方法的准确性。
The characteristics and application of PVC pipe were introduced.The content of PVC resin in the pipe was an important factor affecting the product performance.A method was developed for the determination of PVC resin content in PVC pipes.The FTIR confirmed that the experimentally obtained resin was pure PVC resin,which was not contained in the other components obtained in the experiment.The accuracy of the method was proved.
