Experience in process design of sintering workshop in Azerbaijan 5000t/d clinker production line

阿塞拜疆5000t/d熟料生产线是北京凯盛建材工程有限公司承担的EPC总承包项目,该项目采用RSP型双系列预分解系统,回转窑规格是φ4.8×72m。文章介绍了烧成窑中车间的构成和工艺流程;在此基础上,结合阿塞拜疆项目出现的问题及作者在烧成窑中设计工作中的经验和体会,介绍了该车间工艺设计中应注意的问题。

The Azerbaijani 5000t/d clinker production line is an EPC general contracting project undertaken by Beijing Kaisheng Building Materials Engineering Co.,Ltd.The project adopts RSP double-series pre-decomposition system with rotary kiln specifications of 4.8*72m.This paper introduces the composition and technological process of the workshop in the firing kiln,and on this basis,combined with the problems in the project of Azerbaijani and the author's experience and experience in the design of the firing kiln,introduces the problems that should be paid attention to in the process design of the workshop.
